Notifai Private Alpha Support
The Private Alpha is available only to invited testers. There is no public download or public support queue.
Install or update
Use the TestFlight invitation sent by the Alpha operator. Open it on the iPhone or Mac you want to test, install Apple's TestFlight app, and install or update Notifai there. A TestFlight build is available for at most 90 days; the operator must assign a newer build before it expires.
Request Alpha access
Anyone may create a Notifai account, but product use requires temporary Alpha access.
If the dashboard or CLI says your account has no active plan, contact the Alpha operator
using Send Beta Feedback in TestFlight, or the release-owned Feedback Email
shown there, and include the email address you signed up with. After access is granted,
refresh access status in the dashboard or re-run notifai init.
Send feedback
Use Send Beta Feedback in TestFlight. On supported TestFlight versions, screenshot feedback from inside Notifai also reaches the operator through App Store Connect. The release-owned Feedback Email shown in TestFlight is the fallback contact for invited testers.
Before reporting delivery
- Open Notifai once after installing or updating it.
- Sign in with the same account used by your Notifai machine.
- Allow notifications in iPhone or macOS System Settings.
- Run
notifai doctoron the sending machine; it checks readiness without sending another notification.
Provider acceptance, a Companion Receipt, native display, and a person seeing the alert are different evidence. Include the request ID and which stage you observed, but never include credentials, tokens, private keys, or sensitive notification content.
Privacy and account deletion
Read the Private Alpha Privacy Policy. Signed-in users can start account deletion from account settings in the dashboard, iPhone app, or Mac app. Uninstalling an app or leaving TestFlight is not account deletion.
